Social tutors and teachers will have a team, and prizes will be awarded to the winning team.

You will have a presentation, following by two tours of the company (one is for sciences-related students and another one for business/economics students). Bath, England, is a unique city; its hot springs, Roman Baths, splendid Abbey and Georgian stone crescents have attracted visitors for centuries. Set in rolling Somerset countryside, just over 100 miles west of London, it is a beautiful and unforgettable place to visit.

Britain's finest Georgian city is brimming with things to do and see. With around 5,000 buildings 'listed' because of their architectural merit, a wander around Bath reveals a treasure trove of interest and fascination.

The city boasts a remarkable range of museums, galleries and exhibitions covering almost every subject under the sun - why not walk where the Romans walked at the Roman Baths, discover Bath's most famous resident, Jane Austen at The Jane Austen Centre, watch a demonstration of Bath's unique Aqua Glass being hand-blown at The Bath Aqua Theatre of Glass or enjoy a meal at the oldest house in Bath, Sally Lunn's Refreshment House and Museum. Alternatively, why not visit the only museum of Americana outside the United States and trace the American way of life from colonial times to the mid nineteenth century at The American Museum at Claverton Manor.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SATURDAY TRIPS

Bookings: For Pre-sessional students of 2006 ONLY: Monday – Wednesday, during lunch and dinner hours at the Dining Hall, if you live off-campus please register (and pay) with your Class Representatives, who will buy the tickets on your behalf; for friends and other international students: Thursday – Friday, first-comes-first serves.

Prices: £ 3 for pre-sessionals; £ 5 for families, friends and other international students.

Food: Please only pick up your OWN food (between 7:30-8:25), one Lunch and one   Diner pack only and food are for pre-sessional students ONLY.

Timing: Coaches will leave from outside library at 8:30, and leave Bath at 17:45, please arrive on time. Please stay in the same coach for both out/return travels.

            We will NOT wait for late arrivals and if you HAVE TO make your OWN travel back to Loughborough at your OWN costs. Please do not be late!
